Ingredients
1 cup cooked lentils1 sliced onion1/2 cup rolled oats2 chopped garlic cloves1 tbsp cumin1/2 tsp cayenneSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients in a food processor. Form into patties and cook over medium-high heat for three to four minutes per side. Serve on whole-grain buns with desired toppings.
