Morning Sickness Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana, frozen1 cup of plain, low-fat yogurt3/4 cup of pineapple juice2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
Add frozen banana and pineapple juice to a blender, and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Make one large smoothie or two small smoothies.
