Ham Stir Fry with Rice

10 oz. ham, chopped12 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced1 small onion, chopped5 oz. frozen mixed vegetables2 oz. carrot matchsticks2 cups brown rice, uncooked1 tsp. garlic powder1 Tbs. soy sauce1 Tbs. House of Tsang Spicy Stir Fry Sauce3 Tbs. House of Tsang Korean stir Fry sauce3 Tbs. Brummel and Brown spread
While cooking the following, make brown rice. Use 2 cups of brown rice and 4 cups of water.
Melt Brummel and Brown in skillet. Add onion, mushrooms, carrots, and frozen mixed vegetables. Saute until almost done. Add chopped ham. Mix well. Add cooked rice. Mix well. Add Sauces and garlic. Saute for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
