Easy & Moist Pumpkin Muffins

1 pkg. Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix--any flavor (I used Butter Pecan flavor)approx. 2 1/2 cups of pumpkin (I used fresh, but canned pumpkin is a perfect alternative.)1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg1/4 tsp. ground cloves1/2 c. raisins (I used golden raisins), optional You could also add any flavor of nut that you desire, but it will obviously change the nutritional values.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line approximately 15 muffin tins (or spray with non-stick cooking spray). Mix all ingredients together; the batter will be very thick, like a brownie batter. Fill each cup about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Move to a wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
