California Meldy Soup

2 cups nonfat milk1tbsp butter1 can chicken broth4 raw potatoes diced1 cup chopped cauliflower1 cup chopped broccoli1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped carrots1 small onion chopped1/4 cup flour1/4 cheddar cheese
makes about 20 8-cup serving
Dice all vegetables. Spray pan with Pam. Cook onion and celery until tender. Add chicken broth, 4 cups water, broth, salt. Next add vegetables. Cook with a soft boil until vegetables are tender. In a side sauce pan melt butter in a pan, sprinkle flour over butter, stir with a whisk and add milk . Stir milk mixture until thick add to soup. Continue to stir. Serve when the soup is thick as you want it.
