Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients
3c. sugar1 1/2 sticks butter5 oz evaporated milk1 jar Jet Puffed marshmallow creme2 c. (12 oz) dark chocolate chips1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Melt butter, sugar and milk, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until arm is about to fall off, then pour into a buttered 9x13 quart dish and allow to cool. Makes 70 pieces.

    I substituted 1/2 t. pure peppermint extract for the vanilla -- makes a gentle peppermint fudge. - 12/13/10
