Mini Banana Almond Muffins

1 c Whole Wheat Flour3/4 c All Purpose Unbleached Flour1/3 c No-Calorie Sweetener2 t Baking Powder1/8 t Low-Sodium Salt Blend1 Large Egg1/2 c Skim Milk1/8 c Finely Chopped Almonds1/2 c Mashed Banana1/4 c Unsweetened Applesauce1/8 t Vanilla Extract1/8 t Cinnamon1/8 t Nutmeg
Combine egg, milk, bananas, applesauce and vanilla in a small bowl; set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.
Mix until just moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Spoon into greased mini muffin pans.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 24 mini muffins.
