Cat's Carob Chip Cookies

1 1/4 cups white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oat flour (oats processed to flour)dash salt3/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup fake eggs2 cups unsweetened carob chips1 tsp baking soda1 cup Fleischmann's spread1/4 cup molassas1/2 cup Sugar Twin brown sugar2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Stir flours with baking soda and salt. Set aside
In larger mixer bowl, cream butter with Splenda, Sugar Twin brown sugar substitute, molassas, Nulaid fake eggs, and vanilla.
Gradually blend the flour mixture into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the carob chips.
Use a tablespoon to drop or roll the dough onto a silpat or parchment lined cookie sheet. Leave room for dough to spread about 2 1/2 inches.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
