I can garbanzo beans3 cups whole wheat pasta3 roma tomatoes diced1 cucumber peeledI/2 red pepper diced3 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Combine garbanzo beans, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, italian seasoning, and pepper in large mixing bowl. Add two tbsp vinegar and let sit, stirring occasionally. Cook pasta. Combine pasta slowly with bean mixture. Chill if desired or serve immediately.
