can chicken 1 large can and one small canlarge can enchalada sausecan tomatos with green chilisfrozen corncummin to tastechili powdercinnamin pinch ofcan diced tomatoesoniongarlic
heat oven to 350;
large pan:
little oil: add garlic and onion till soft then add chicken,all can items, cummin, chili powder and cinnamin, mix well
till heated through. Frozen corn mix few times.
take 2 8x8 pans,
you layer the pan
sauce
tortilla
cheese
3 layers or 4 however thick you want it
last layer you want cheese to be on top
bake till cheese is nice and brown, or however you like it
