Red Hot Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients
1 tbl canola oil1lb chicken tenderloins6 tbl Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce2 tbl butter
Directions
Heat oil in pan , brown chicken until cooked through about 10 minutes. Add red hot then butter cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with light blue cheese dressing if desired. Great on salad or wraps.
