I loved this! My fiance wasn't too fond of it, but he admittedly does not like the taste of egg in soup. He said he didn't DISlike it, but he wasn't eager to have it again.

One change I made with my leftovers was adding just a TEENY bit of soy sauce- fantastic addition! - 8/15/08

I finally got the chance to make this tonight, and it's a keeper!! Really enjoyable. The pasta, I used whole wheat pasta, really enhanced the flavor. Thanks! - 8/9/08

Easy and you can really dress this up with just a few pimentos or sundried tomatoes ... and it adds just a hint of taste. - 8/3/08

We've made eggdrop soup forever, but the spinach kicks it up a notch. I like a little soy sauce at serving. - 8/3/08

This recipe is something like what my 17 yr old daughter requests when she is having a cold or whatever ailment. Very soothing and comforting. I usually add a bit of fresh garlic and onion -- her request. I think everyone should try this recipe. You're bound to go back to it many times. - 8/3/08

Although I used the reduced sodium, fat free broth, I still found it a little salty, next time I will add a little water. Excellent soup! Very easy..delicious! - 3/19/08

I just added the spinach to the chicken broth & pasta just when the pasta was almost done. One pot less to clean and it was great. My kind of fast & light meal.
I added a little sweet soy sauce before serving. - 3/17/08
