2-Portions Seak-Umm Sliced Steak Sandwich slices(Optional, remove to make complete Vegetarian)2-16oz Cans Bush's Baked Beans Vegetarian1 & 1/4 bags of Morning Star Meal Starters Crumbles1 Bag of Bird's Eye Sweet Corn (frozen)1 & 1/2-8oz cans of Goya Tomato Sauce Spanish Style1 Small Onion1-15oz Can Green Pigeon Peas, La Mas Rica5 TBSP Butter to cook Crumbles with1 TBSP Lawry's Seasoning Salt4 TBSP Chili Seasoning1 TBSP Italian SeasoningPinch of Garlic Powder (Less than 1/8 tsp)
Fry the Crumbles, onions and Sliced meat with the butter
In a large pot, mix Beans, Corn, tomato sauce, peas with seasonings.
Add Crumbles mixture to Pot and stir mixing well
Simmer pot for about an hour.
Makes 12-14 1 Cup servings
