Beef brisket, 1000 grams
Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 5 tsb packed
Sesame Oil, 6 1tsp
Garlic, 2 tbsp
*Eden Mirin (rice cooking wine), 5 tbsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
Cornstarch, 20 grams
**VEGETABLES (JARRED) - Kimchi, Spicy (Korean Marinated Cabbage) - King's (2oz/56g), 150 gram(s)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, shallots, garlic, mirin and crushed red chili powder, cornstarch.
2. Boil the meat until tender.
3.Add the meat into the mixed sauce and to coat.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cooked into desired tender.
5. Add kimchi to side dish.
Serving Size: makes 24 2 inch pieces" or "makes 8 1-cup servings.
