    32.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    3.0 serving Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 min (serv= 1c cooked rice)
    3.5 serving(s) tomatoes with green chillies
    4.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    2.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions

Cook hamburger drain add taco seasoning and water. Then add tomatoes and cooked rice. Stir together till warm add cheese. When cheese is melted serve
