Ingredients

30oz Water Spinach
1 cup of onions, sliced
2lbs of fresh pork raw belly (liempo in Filipino)
3 cups sliced of Taro (gabi in Filipino)
8 cups of water
8 pods of okra
1/4 of Knorr Sinigang Tamarind Soup Base
4 red (or green) chili
Directions
1.) Boil the pork belly in 4 cups water inside the pot for about 20 minutes or until its tender
2.) Set aside the boiled pork belly and stir in onions.
3.) Add the okra, taro and the boiled pork belly.
4.) Pour another 4 cups water and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
5.) Once all of the vegetable ingredients are tender, add the chili and let it stay for about 10 minutes.
6.) Finally, add the Knorr Sinigang Tamarind Soup Base into the boiling pot.
7.) Serve hot.
