No Bake Hemp Protein Bars

* Nutiva Hemp Protein Drink Mix, 4 tbsp * Black Strap Molassis, 2 tbsp * Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural Peanut Butter, 4 tbsp * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) * Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 serving (1 tsp) * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
put peanut butter and syrup in mic-bowl, nuke 30 sec., stir and nuke another 30
stir in rest of ingredients and stir (if it cools off during stirring, re-nuke 30 sec)
spread onto pam-sprayed plate using bottom of mic-bowl (which is still warm so that helps) to compress it down while you pat in the sides with the spoon -- forming a square about 1/4-3/8 thick
let it cool - cut into 1/4s (store in fridge)
drink with plenty of water!
