Warm Potato Salad

1/2 cup wine vinegar1 Tablespoon grainy mustard1 Tablespoon sugar2 1/2 pounds red or gold potatoes, diced in 1 inch cubes6 slices of bacon, chopped and cooked until crisp1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves of garlic, choppeddillsalt and pepper
Serves 4
Mix the vinegar, mustard and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. About 15 minutes.
Cook bacon in large saute pan until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Remove all but one tablespoon of bacon fat. Add onion, garlic and pepper to fat. Saute until tender. Add dressing to onion mixture and let cook a couple of minutes.
Add potatoes and bacon. Season with salt, pepper and dill.
Serving size is about 3/4 cup.
