Whole wheat pizza dough for bread maker

Ingredients
1 T olive oil1 C whole wheat flour1 C bread flour1 t sugar1/2 t salt1 T active dry yeast1/2-3/4 C Warm water
Directions
Add ingredients to Bread maker pan in order shown...

After flour, oil, salt and sugar is in pan make a hole on top for yeast.

Set maker for dough setting. As it begins to spin gently pour water in one corner til the dough ball forms.

Let it mix for about 10 min, press into pan I use a small cookie sheet. Let it rise for 10 min. Top it and bake in 425 oven for til browned and bubbly...about 15 min.

Makes 8 large slices
