3 cups green beans, 1 medium tomato, 1 medium onion; 1 carrot; 1/2 cup parsnip. water (or chicken/veggie stock); fresh parsley
in a pan put to boil abt 4 cups of water. add the ingredients and boil until the beans are done. makes 2 large bowls or 4 small ones.
