Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients
1/2 c butter1 c peanut butter1 pkg (300 g) butterscothc chips3 cups coloured marshmallows
Directions
Melt the butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips over a low heat. Allow to cool until the bottom of the pan is touchable. Add marshmallows. Spread in a greased 9 x 9 pan. Cool.

    I made this for a BBQ that we had. It has always been one of my husbands favourites but I had never made it before. Turned out fantastic and I received soooo many compliments.

    This is classic Christmas at our house. I have to hide in the freezer (from MYSELF!!) it is sooo yummy. Sliced into 36 is pretty small pieces, though I usually do a 8x12 or 9x13 sized pan. Usually I'm doing well to get 30 pieces cut! - 12/14/11
