Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
16 oz can artichokes in water2 cloves garlic1 cup mayo1 cup parmesan cheesepaprika to taste
Directions
Rinse and drain artichokes. Coarsely grind artichokes and garlic in food processer. Combine with mayo and cheese. Place in small baking dish and sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or until bubbling). Eat with Wheat Thins, Melba toast ... or a spoon! Serves 8 (or so).
