Low fat oatmeal banana walnut muffins

2 medium bananas, mashed2 cups flour1 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup quick oats1/2 cup egg substitute3/4 cup Kefir pourable low fat plain yogurt
Mash bananas, mix in sugar, egg substitute and yogurt.
In a separate bowl combine remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients 1/3 at a time until all incorporated. Do no over mix.
Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins and bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are done.
Remove muffins from tin and cool on a wire rack.
Store muffins in a closed refrigerated container to maintain freshness.
