Lo cal potato salad

Ingredients
About 9 small red potatoes. Boil with skins on until tender. Peel half while still warm. Slice potatoes, mix with 1/2 onion chopped. 1/2 green and red peppers. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, About 9 green olives pitted and sliced. Add 2 tablespoons olive juice and 2 chopped hard boiled eggs. Mix well. refrigerate. Salt and pepper to taste. I made this for a party and nobody was able to tell the difference.
