Ingredients
1 box cake mix (I prefer lemon)2 cups cool whip light1 eggpowdered sugar
Directions
Mix together cake mix, cool whip and egg. Form into small balls (about a tablespoon) and roll in powdered sugar. (Dough will be very sticky, like playdough)

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray
Bake 9-13 minutes at 350.

Makes 2 dozen cookies. (1 serving = 1 cookie)

     Very very sticky, which makes them very hard to make. I added the rest of the tub of cool whip and that seemed to help a lot. Cookies were good after they finally got made though! - 6/3/09
