Easy Crepes

1 Cup Water1 Cup Milk4 large Eggs2 Cups Flour4 tablespoons Butter, meltedSugar to taste
Melt Butter. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend ingredients for 15 seconds and then scrape sides of blender. Continue blending for 45 seconds until mixture is a thin liquid.
Heat 7 or 10" crepe pan over medium-high heat with a little butter to coat the bottom. Wipe out any excess butter. After heated pour a small amount of batter into pan. Swirl batter around until it forms a thin coat on the bottom. Cook until batter starts to peel away from the sides of the pan. Use spatula to turn crepe over. Heat for 10 or so seconds until slightly brown.
