Guacamole

Ingredients
2 avocados (Hass)Lime Juice (juice of 1/2 to 1 lime)Chopped onion (1/3 to 1/2 cup or to taste)Finely chopped tomato (Plum - 1/2 to 3/4 cup to taste)salt (1 tsp or to taste)Olive oil (1 tbsp)Fresh Cilantro ( 2 Tbsp or to taste)Garlic (fresh 1.5 tsp)Cumin (1 tsp or to taste) (ground)
Directions
Cut the avocados into halves. Remove seeds and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash avacodo. Stir in juice and remaining ingredients. Cover and refriderate for 1 hour before serving.
