Easy Buckwheat & Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
* Krusteaz Wheat and Honey Pancake Mix (1/2c for 3, 4"), 1 serving * Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat, 1 serving * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .25 cup * Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp (to fry in) *Molasses, blackstrap, .5 tbsp *Real Maple Syrup (1tbsp), .5 serving * Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Directions
mix dry ingredients first, then add milk and egg - mix until any lumps are no larger then peas (smooth not necessary), get oil hot at medium temp (has low smoke which helps), fry 'da cake until it bubbles on top then flip over (cast iron grill preferred but not mandatory)
