Boil cauliflower until done, drain.Add 2 TBLS butterAdd 2.5 oz of Asiago cheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil cauliflower until done. Drain. Mash with mixer, add butter and salt and pepper. Stir in Asiago cheese.
