Maria's Banana Bread

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) 2 eggsMeadowlea Margarine - Salt Reduced, 100 gram(s) Granulated Sugar, 125 grams Plain white flour, 250 gramsBicarbonate of Soda, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat oven to 160C
Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin
Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy
Beat in the eggs really thoroughly a bit at a time
Add bananas
Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda (and a tiny pinch of salt if you wish) into the mixture
Pour into the tin and bake for about an hour but check from 40 mins
