Olive Oil, Onions, Red Peppers, Vegetarian Crumble, Black Beans, Quinoa, Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Mrs. Dash Southwestern Seasoning, Tortilla shells, Cheddar Cheese (optional), Raw Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce
1. Cook the quinoa while you dice up an onion and a red pepper.
2. Add the olive oil, red pepper, onions and veggie crumble in a pan on medium heat.
3. Add the quinoa, black beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
4. Add seasoning to taste
5. Put burritos together on tortilla shells with tomatoes, lettuce and cheddar cheese (if desired).
