Ingredients
1 lb. 93/7 ground beef1/2 tsp. black pepper2 tsp Worcestershire sauce4 slices American cheese, folded into quarters4 Hawaiian rolls, toasted
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat.

Combine ground beef, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 8 patties. Fold American cheese into quarters and stack quarters on top of each other. Press 1 slice of cheese (4 quarters) into center of one patty, then top with another patty. Press patties around cheese and seal together well to prevent cheese from escaping during cooking. Repeat with remaining 6 patties, to create a total of 4 burgers.

Grill burgers over direct heat for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Burgers should be cooked at least medium well all the way through.

Toast buns over indirect heat on grill, then top with burgers. Add condiments as desired!
