Rich and creamy cauliflower "potato" salad

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower coarsley chopped and lightly steamed4 hard boiled eggs chopped2 bell peppers chopped1 med-large onion chopped1 container cottage cheese1 container lo or fat free greek yogurt1/4 cup olive oil mayo or low fat of your choice2-3 tbs yellow mustard1-2 tsp celery saltsalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
steam the caulflower just enough to soften it- about 5 minutes. rinse with cold water and let cool.
mix together all the ingredients and chill 2 hours before serving.
