Scotch pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs3 tbsp butter1/2 c sugar2 c flour2 c whey or milk3 tsp baking powder
Directions
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour/baking powder and whey/milk alternately. cook on a medium griddle until surface is drying and bubbles have formed. Flip and cook for 30 sec on second side.
