Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil2 tsp Dijon mustard2 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp sugar1/3 cup olive oil1 tsp season salt1 tsp lemon juice2 (9-ounce) packages Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling1 pound fresh asparagus, wilted and cut into 2-inch lengths2 cups fresh spinach slightly wilted1 red bell pepper finely diced
Directions
Wisk first seven ingredients (olive oil through lemon juice) in a large bowl

combine all ingredients a stir well. Serve warm or cold.
