Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)Chili powder, .5 tsp (remove)
Cut cauliflower in small pieces. Peel and slice potatoe in one inch cube. Slice mushrooms. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Add spices and oil, toss and mix to ensure the spices are mixed. Bake in oven baking tray uncovered in a hot oven.(400 degree F)
