1/2 cup water1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (Chobani)2 cups dole wildly nutritious mixed berries (frozen)1/2 cup skim milk2 servings EAS Whey Protein Powder (chocolate)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
You can add more water if you prefer smoothie to be thinner.
