1 C. Unsweetened Applesauce2 C. Sugar (or 1 C. sugar, 1 C. Splenda)3 C. Flour1 Tsp. Nutmeg.5 Tsp. Ginger.5 Tsp. Cloves2 Tsp. Cinnamon1 Tsp. Allspice2 Tsp. Baking Soda2 C. Pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can4 Eggs (or egg beaters)
Combine all ingredients. Put into greased bread pans. Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in middle, comes out clean.
