Ham & Cheese Egg Beater Omelet

Ingredients
1 C egg beaters1/2 C celery1/4 C onion1/4 C bell pepper1/4 C finely diced extra lean ham1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese (chopped)
Directions
Sautee veggies in a non-stick pan with a spray of Pam and set aside. Pour egg beaters into a skillet or omelet pan and slowly cook until almost set. Top with all of the remaining ingredients. When the egg mixture is cooked through and set, fold over into an omelet and serve.
