Turkey and Bean Burritos

Ingredients
16 oz ground turkey breast1/2 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced3 teaspoons ground cumin1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper1 (4oz) can diced green chilis1 (16oz) can refried beans6 burrito size flour tortillas (110 calories each kind)
Directions
Crumble ground turkey breast into a skillet over medium heat and cook until done. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in green chilis and refried beans. Cook until hot.

Place warm tortilla on a plate and spoon a generous 1/2 cup of the ground turkey mixture on each tortilla. Wrap and put in a pan seam side down. Heat in oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes to heat through. Serve with your favorite salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, olives...whatever you like, just be sure to add in the calories. This recipe makes 6 large burritos. We load on the lettuce and tomatoes and eat with a knife and fork.
