Quick Vegetable Stew w/ Ground Bison

Ingredients
1 lb ground bison (buffalo)2 pkg PickSweet Vegeatables for Stew2 cans (14.5) stewed tomatoes, undrained5 cups water2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a Dutch oven, cook bison until thoroughly brown, drain. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 3 minute. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2o minute or until vegetables are tender.
