indonesian risotto

Ingredients
1 large onion peeled and sliced2 clove garlic crushed1 teaspoon curry powder ½ teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon chilli powder 1 tbsp dark soy sauce½ cup arborio rice2 tsp chicken bovril600mls boiling water310g cooked king prawns1 cup frozen peas
Directions
Heat a large non-stick pan on med heat. Spray with low cal spray oil. Add onions and garlic and gently fry until soft.

Add the spices and rice, stir well. Add the stock, bring to the boil and then gently simmer for 30mins, stirring occasionally, until all the stock is absorbed and the rice is almost cooked.

Ad the remaining ingrediants and heat for another 5 minutes or until prawns are heated thoroughly.
