Lemon Herb Chicken

Ingredients
1 LB Boneless, skinless chicken3 lemons1 cup chopped parsley4 tbl sp of Vegtable Oil
Directions
Preheat over to 350

Wash chicken and place in cassarole dish
Squeeze lemons over chicken
Add oil
Sprinkle the top with parsley
Garlic salt to taste.. I usually use a dash

Place on middle rack of oven for 30 minutes. I serve with rice and green beans Great quick light meal after a long day at the office
