Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*concentrate cooking tamarind, 1 oz (remove)*curry leaves = 1 leaf, 7 serving (remove)
Directions
Put the tablespoon of olive oil in the pan .Put mustard seeds and let it splutter. Then add the curry leaves and ginger .Add the serano peppers.Let me cook.Then add the onions and let it brown.Add the tomatoes and let it cook .Add the tamarind juice. Cook till the tomatoes are 'disintegrated'! Yummy heavens!!
