Lemon Parmesan Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients
6oz Cooked Shrimp w/o Tails thawed6oz Large Scallops thawed Patted dry1 Lemon (juice and Zest)2T. Olive oil./canola oil mix2T. Garlic Powder1 Med. Shallot Chopped3/4C White wine2T. Italian Seasoning1/2C Parmesan Cheese Grated1/3C. Light Sour Cream4oz Dry Whole Wheat Spaghetti 2oz no fat milk
Directions
Makes 2 servings
1.Cook and Strain spaghetti set aside
2. In large Sauté pan, Add whine and juice of lemon with Shallots, reduce by Half
3. In small pan, heat olive oil till hot, Add scallops cooking 3 minutes on each side
4 While scallops are searing, In wine and shallot reduction pan add cooked spaghetti, lemon zest, Garlic Powder, Parmesan Cheese, Sour Cream and milk. Heat and mix well.
5. Just before serving, fold in shrimp and scallops.
