200g chicken breast, chopped/cubed127ml can old el paso chopped green chiles1/3 c chopped red bell peppers1 tbsp fajita seasoning1/2 c frozen yellow corn1 c black beans drained and rinsed1 c brown rice cooked
Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet and add chicken breast. Cook until lightly browned. Add fajita seasoning, chopped chiles, red peppers, corn beans and rice and heat through. Serve in soft tortilla wraps with sour cream and cheese or as is.
