1.5 c fresh spinach1 T butter, salted1.5 t fresh minced garlic1.5 oz green pepper, julienned1.5 oz red pepper, julienned1.3 oz baby bella mushrooms9.5 oz skinless boneless chicken breast, chopped/sliced1/3 c college inn chicken broth2 T Price Chopper light italian dressing1.5 c fresh spinach15 oz ronzoni healthy harvest whole wheat spaghetti
makes 4 servings...
melt butter in pan, and saute garlic. add the chicken and cook the outsides. then add remaining vegetables.
once chicken is almost cooked, add the chicken broth and dressings.
while chicken is cooking put water on the stove for the pasta and being cooking pasta.
once chicken is done and pasta is done, mix together and serve! :) Enjoy!
