Salmon, Mustard Greens, & Potatoes with Mustard Dill Glaze

Ingredients
Dijon MustardOlive OilFresh DillGolden Brown SugarRed PotatoesSalmonMustard Greens
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first four ingredients in small bowl (can be prepared 2 hours in advance). Dice potatoes & place in a small bowl. Spoon 1 tbsp of sauce over potatoes & toss to coat. Arrange on a baking pan & bake for 15 minutes.

Remove pan from oven, push potatoes to the sides, & place salmon filets in the center. Coat salmon with sauce & bake until done, approximately 18 minutes.

Place trimmed greens in a large skillet. Toss with 2 tbsp of sauce& stir over medium high heat until wilted.
