Garbanzo Bean Non-Curry

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 4 cup Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 clovesOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Green Beans 2 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Spices: turmeric, basil, marash pepper, Spanish paprika to taste. (if you're not sure, then try 1 tsp each--I use lots more)
Brown garlic and onions in olive oil. Add vegetables and spices and cook for a few more minutes. Add tomatoes and garbanzos. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with Whole Wheat Couscous
