8 ounces pork loin, cubed2 cups roughly chopped cabbage1 cup carrot slics1 cup chopped onion2 cups chicken broth3 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar4 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon1.5 tbsp canola oil
Brown pork cubes in oil. Add vegetables, broth, vinegar, and mustard and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
